Student Presentations: Downloading Your Files

You can download a file from the server hosting your WebCT course to your personal computer. You need to download any course material you wish to have in the future prior to the end of the semester.

Note: If you want to download multiple files at once, zip them first and then download the Zip file.

1. From the Student Presentations Window, click the Edit Files link.
2. The Manage Files Window loads.
3. From Manage Files, under Folders and Files, select the file(s) that you want to download.
4. From the File Options drop-down list, select Download.
5. Click Go. The Download File window loads.
6. Click Download. A dialog box appears.
7. Follow the instructions in the dialog box to save the file to your computer.
