Hide Denied Access Users:

1. Start by logging on to your myWebCT page and entering the appropriate course.

2. When the Home Page is loaded select the Manage Course link from the Control Panel (on the upper left of the screen).

3. When the Manage Course page opens select the Change Settings link under Manage Students.

4. The Settings Page Loads.

 

Select Change Settings from Advanced options Pull down menu

5. Select Hide access denied users.

5a. Click Update.

6. The Manage Students page loads

7. The students that are Denied Access are no longer listed.
