These steps will walk you through your first WebCT log on. After you are finished logging on it is strongly suggested that you change your default password to something more personal.
If you have changed your password and have forgotten it then email us with your user ID and request that your password be reset to the default.
Open your web browser to http://webct.allegheny.edu/.
The WebCT Log-in screen will open.
Click Log in to
The Username and Password Required Window opens
Use your Allegheny user id as the WebCT user id.
Enter it a second time for your password.
Click Ok
A page that looks similar to this opens
This is your "MyWebCT" Page.
Notice that your courses are listed on the left hand side of the window
Before you enter your course take a moment and change your password to something more personal.
The "change password link" (upper right corner of the browser window) will walk you through that process.
