Web Calendar for Academic Departments

A web-based calendar system is available for academic departments at http://webcalendar.allegheny.edu/. This software tracks events and appointments, tasks, and contacts and is available from any computer with an internet connection and a web browser, on or off campus.

A calendar user can choose to keep his or her calendar totally private, or can choose to make the calendar available to students, or to share the calendar with other selected users of the software. Tasks and contacts are always kept private, regardless of the share level of the calendar.
