Personal or Group Web Sites

The College maintains a web server, often referred to as webpub, spider, or studentweb, dedicated to student and employee personal web sites, group web sites and department web sites. Any student, employee, group or department may request a web account. To do so, simply complete a web account request form.

Problems with an existing web application? Read here about updates made in Summer 2006 that may effect some existing sites.

The following technologies are available to users with webpub accounts:

• MySQL database
• PHP4
• SSI
• CGI (limited)
• Movable Type (Weblog)
• Wiki (PmWiki)
