Showing and Hiding Slides

There are two ways to show and hide slides:

• from normal view
• from the Slide Sorter View

From normal view, go to the slide you want to hide and go to Slide Show> Hide Slide

The little button next to Hide Slide will look pressed down after you click on it. To show the slide again, go back to Slide Show> Hide Slide and click again.

Its much easier to tell which slides are hidden and visible though from the Slide Sorter view. Go to View> Slide Sorter

The slide you have hidden will have its slide number crossed out. To make it visible again you can go to Slide show> Hide Slide again, or you can click the Hide Slide button that appears when in Slide Sorter view.
