How to Insert Slides from another Presentation

To insert slides from another PowerPoint presentation go to Insert>Slides from Files

A Box will appear asking for the File. Click Browse.

Locate the file, select it, and then click Open.

PowerPoint will preview the slides. Select the slide(s) that you want to insert and click Insert.

The box doesn't go away, it stays up so you can insert other slides. If you want to insert more files but in a different part of your presentation, you can move to that part of the presentation and then do so. Note: the slides that are inserted take on the template of your current presentation and don't keep the same look they had in your old presentation.

When you are done inserting slides, click Close on the Slide Finder box.
