MeetingMaker is accessible from any PC with a modern web browser connected to the internet.
Open a web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc...) and enter the address or click on this link: http://webmeet.allegheny.edu
Your signon will use the same username and password you use to connect to MeetingMaker at your desk.
WebMeet is a live look at the same calendar you use at your desk. Nearly all of the features available at your desk are available via the web, with the most notable exception being the ability to quickly email attendees of a meeting.
Calendar performance will be notably slower than at your desktop, with regards to adding, changing or deleting information. While the calendar is updating, you'll notice a rotating circle next to your login name at the top of the screen as seen here:
