MeetingMaker allows you to designate proxies (share calendar), or be designated by someone else as a proxy. If you designate a proxy, that person is able to either view or edit your calendar and to-do list. If you are someone's proxy, they will show up on your proxy list. You are able to view or edit their calendar from your account.
In order to designate someone as your proxy (and allow them access to your calendar), go to the Proxy menu and choose "Share Calendar..."

You can find MeetingMaker users on the left-hand side, by selecting their department and then highlighting the individual you want as a proxy. By choosing "Read/Write", it will move them to the right hand side, giving them full access to view calendar items and to-do items as if they were logged directly into your account. (Except items marked "private", explained at the end of this document.)
By selecting "Read-Only", an individual will be moved into the right hand side, with an icon of a pencil with a line through it, symbolizing read-only privleges.
In the example above, you can see individuals with both read-only and read-write access.
You may also designate an individual to receive any proposals directed to you, if there is someone who handles scheduling for you. At the bottom of the screen, "Send Proposals to:" gives you a list of users who are your proxies, as well as the default, the owner of the account.
"Private" events
If you've marked a meeting as "Private", under the "Options" tab for that meeting, proxies will only be able to view the times of the meeting. The label will simply list the meeting as "Private".

Managing Proxies
To manage your list of proxies (people whose calendars YOU have access to, go to the Proxy menu and "Edit Favorite Proxies..." On this screen you will see a list of all users who have given you access. By selecting people on this screen, you are determining whose calendars will show up directly in your proxy menu. Users that are not selected as favorites will always be accessible via the Proxy menu under "More Proxies..."
