Common Tasks for List Owners

Use the links below to carry out some common tasks for list owners. If you need to do something that is not covered here, please see these instructions or contact the Help Desk at 2755.

Note that the digest version of a list is considered a separate list from the non-digest version, and has its own password.

Subscribe Address(es) to Your List

Be sure to include "-digest" in your listname if subscribing to the digest version of a list, and to use the password for the digest list. A digest version of your list must already exist before you can subscribe an email address to it. If you did not request a digest version of your list when originally requesting your list, contact the Help Desk at 2755 for assistance.

Unsubscribe Address(es) from Your List

Be sure to include "-digest" in your listname if unsubscribing from the digest version of a list, and to use the password for the digest list.

Get a List of Subscribers to Your List

This form will cause an email to be sent to you listing subscribers to your list. For a list of subscribers to the digest version, be sure to include "-digest" in your listname, and use the password for the digest version of your list.

Change a Subscription to Digest/Not Digest

Use this form to change a digest subscription to a non-digest subscription, or vice versa. A digest version of your list must exist in order for this form to work. If you did not originally request a digest version of your list, please contact the Help Desk at 2755 for assistance.

If the email address is not currently subscribed to any version of your list, use the form at the top of the page to subscribe, and not this form.
