Open the Eudora Address Book by clicking Tools > Address Book on the Eudora menu.
To insert a new address into this Address book, click the New button. T ype the desired Nickname in the Nickname box and enter other information about the person or group in the appropriate areas. Put the email address of the person, or a list of email addresses for a group, in the box labeled This nickname will expand to the following addresses.
You can address an e-mail from the address book by selecting the Nickname and then clicking the To: button. If the nickname represents a group, all addresses listed will be included in the To: area of the message.
You can select several recipients for the same message by holding the Ctrl key as you select nicknames and then clicking the To: button.
To delete an entry in the Address book, select the Nickname, and click the Del button.
