Restarting your computer leaves it ready for automated anti-virus and Windows updates. These updates apply the most current security settings to better protect your computer.
When technology does not work as you expect please take a moment to inform the Help Desk so that the problem may be documented. The sooner a problem is reported, the sooner it will be addressed.
When you incorporate backing up your files to your network folder you ensure your files are safe if anything were to happen to your computer. To find out how to protect your work from being lost visit:
