The projector control panel in the projector cabinet contains all the necessary controls to operate the projector.

Projector -- located in the central upper cabinet facing the screen
Podium PC -- located in the lower cabinet on the left side of the cabinet complex
DVD Player -- located in the upper cabinet on the left side of the cabinet complex
VCR -- located in the upper cabinet on the left side of the cabinet complex
Remotes for Projector, VCR, and DVD player -- located in the upper cabinet on the left side of the cabinet complex
To lower the projector screen pull the screen down all the way, hesitate, then allow the screen to retract slowly until it locks in place. To raise the screen pull down on the pull bail, then raise the screen quickly but controlling it so that it does not roll uncontrolled into its case, which may result in damage to the screen.
Press Power On/Off to turn the projector on and off. (The projector may take a few seconds to warm up)After the computer is on, press the key labeled Podium PC. Audio from the computer will be played through the projector, so use the controls on the projector control panel for turning the volume up or down.
Make sure the VCR is on. Press the key labeled VCR on the control panel and play the tape.
Make sure the DVD Player is on. Press the key labeled DVD on the control panel and play the DVD.
If you would like to temporarily hide an image or screen from being displayed by the projector without turning it off, press the key labeled Hide/Show. A blank screen will be displayed. Press the key again to resume viewing the display.
The Volume for all of the equipment in this room is handled through the Projector Control Panel. Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons on the right side of the Projector Control Panel to adjust the volume.
