The keypad on the podium next to the microphone contains all the necessary controls to operate the projector.

The VCR and DVD player are located in the podium cabinet.
The Document Camera is in the ceiling above the podium.
To raise and lower the projector screen use the switch labeled Da- Lite located on the other side of the wall to the left of the podium.
Press Display Power to turn the projector on and off.
While the projector is on, use the keypad to switch between different displays. A light will appear next to the key of the display that is currently in use. You may refer to the above table for descriptions on the keys in the keypad.
Press the key labeled PC .
Press the key labeled VCR and play video in the VCR. The VCR must be turned on.
Press the key labeled DVD and play the dvd in the dvd player. The dvd player must be turned on.
Press the key labeled Doc cam and place the document face-up onto the podium underneath the camera. Use the remote labeled Document Camera to turn the document camera on and off and to zoom it in and out.
Plug the monitor cable, Ethernet cable, and audio cable into your laptop. These cables are located under the monitor on the podium. The Ethernet and audio cables are optional but are needed to use the internet/network and listen to audio files respectively.
Press the Lap key on the podium keypad to display the laptop screen. If there is no image being displayed you can press Fn + F8 on your laptop or just restart your computer. If there is still no image being displayed you may need to adjust the resolution of your computer screen to no higher than 1024 x 768 pixels.
If you would like to temporarily hide an image or screen from being displayed by the projector without turning it off, press the key labeled Display mute . A blank screen will be displayed. Press the key again to resume viewing the display.
