Luna Server Upgrade

The Luna Server will be unavailable 9/28/07 from 9:00 until Noon so that an upgrade can be completed.

Password Change Form Available

The systems administrator has completed the maintenance on the password change form server. Users are now able to change their password using that form. The maintenance also resolves some of the password problems that some users were experiencing related to the server being off-line briefly yesterday morning.

Change Password Form Unavailable

The systems administrator just notified User Services that he has a few bits of maintenance that he needs to perform on the server that runs the online password change form. This maintenance is to clean up a few loose ends that linger from the problems experienced yesterday with the server. The password change form will be unavailable until further notice.

Servers Back Online

Shortly before noon, the systems administrator confirmed that both servers are back up and fully functioning.

Allegheny Password Change and Hercules Servers Down

User Services was just notified that these two servers are currently down with the system administrators working on correcting the issue.

All users will experience an inability to change their Allegheny Password and students will experience the inability to transfer files to or from their network folder on Hercules.

As the network administration team addresses this issue updates will be posted to this site.
