Sluggish Internet Access - Update (Resolved)

3/3/08 Update
The issue causing sluggish Internet access to certain sites has been resolved. Recent tests to the sites that were reported show that the access is now ok.

Previous post -
Some users have reported slow access to some off-campus web sites, access to campus sites has not been affected. Some sites have re-connected after a few re-tries. The issue is not with Allegheny but is located downstream from the ISP (internet service provider). The issue continues to be monitored.
