This guide is designed to help you through the process of getting connected to GatorNet. You must use the
guide before contacting a Computer Assistant or the Help Desk for assistance. The Help Desk can be reached by
calling (814) 332-2755.
Choose your computer's operating system below. Support is provide for Windows systems and limited support
for Macintosh/Apple operating systems. We will do what we can to assist anyone who wants to use non-windows systems on the
network.
Before you start you must have a computer that meets the minimum system requirements,
an Ethernet network card, and an RJ-45 network patch cable. You must have all appropriate operating system
software installed on your computer (if you want help to receive help from any of the GatorNet staff you must
have the original operating system disks or CDs).
