Internet/Network Problems
All Internet and network related problems are handled by the Help Desk. It is important to be at your computer and to have the computer turned on when calling the Help Desk with one of these types of problems. If you reach the voicemail leave a message including your name, location, problem description and phone number so someone can return your call. The Help Desk telephone number is (814) 332-2755.

Computer Problems

Allegheny does not repair personally owned computers. The college is partnered with a local computer company, Coppola Enterprises, which provides sales and service. This is a fee based service. They are on campus daily in Murray Hall, (814)332-6225
