***ATTENTION***

If you want to connect with a Macintosh please call the Help Desk (x2755) with the address of your house and the jack number you will be plugging into. A Macintosh will not let you see your adapter address unless it detects an active connection.

When TCP/IP is open go to the Edit menu and select User Mode. Select Advanced and close the box. Click on the Info button at the bottom of the screen. Write down the 12-digit number beside "Hardware Address" exactly as it appears (such as 08-00-07-36-0B-C8 in the picture); this is your adapter address. Quit TCP/IP. Make sure you Save your settings when it asks you.
