When you recieve a message accompanied by a large attachment, the message will contain this text.

Locate the message with the large attachment in your mailbox, and double click it to open the message into a seperate window.

In this window; on the toolbar with the Subject line, there will be a button with a small arrow above a piece of cable.
Click this button, then click the "Check/Send Mail" icon on the main toolbar (4th icon from the left) to begin the download of you large attachment.

Close the preview window by clicking the (x) on the preview window, once the message is finished downloading it will now contain the attachment. You can now open the message and select the attachment.
